What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND PAYPAL as payment options on our web site. This ensures that no matter the customer, there will be no restrictions on receiving payment.

How do you ship, and how much does it cost?
A: Normally, all in-stock items are shipped within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS, although some suppliers also use FEDEX and USPS. A shipping and handling charge of $8.00 applies to all orders, with the exception of those products being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.  For those orders, an additional $2.00 is added to the shipping charge. We strive to keep costs low, while ensuring your product reaches you in excellent condition.

What is your return policy?
A: We will give you full refund on any returns that are factory defect. Exchanges for non-damaged or non-defective items will be done without a restocking fee; however, shipping cost will be charged. If you should choose to send your purchase back for a refund; we will credit the same credit card or account used to place the order. We are not responsible for lost packages nor are we responsible for the cost of returning an item back to us.

How do I place an order?
A: To place an order, simply navigate to the product that you like and click the "Add to Cart" button. Then click on the the Checkout button to proceed to fill out the shipping and billing information on the following pages.
