Return Policy

Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, please fill out a 'Return Merchandise' request to have your order returned. Manufacturers may change the look of a product at any time. We use a variety of suppliers; some suppliers charge a 15 - 20% restocking fee for all non-defective returns. Shipping must be prepaid to the supplier. The supplier may cancel a 'Return Merchandise'  request if enough notes are not provided. They need details of the damage or defectiveness of the products being returned. Please provide as much detail as possible in your 'Return Merchandise'  request.

We will give you full refund on any returns that are factory defect.  Exchanges for non-damaged or non-defective items will be done without a restocking fee; however, shipping costs will be charged.  If you should choose to send your purchase back for a refund, we will credit the same credit card or account used to place the order.  We are not responsible for lost packages nor are we responsible for the cost of returning an item back to us.

Refunds

All refunds will take 3-5 business days to show up on the card you purchased with. We cannot speed up this process. We make every attempt to fill back orders and will keep our customers informed as to the availability of those out-of-stock products.

Shipping Policies

$8.00 Shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States!
Sales Tax charge of 4% applies to orders originating within the state of Hawaii.

Some of our suppliers do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska or to P.O./APO Boxes.  Please check the specific product for shipping restrictions.  For those products that may be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, an additional shipping fee of $5.00 applies.

Currently, none of our suppliers ship internationally.  Stay tuned - We are working to find additional suppliers who will ship to our international customers.

Normally, all in-stock items are shipped within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS, although some suppliers also use FEDEX and USPS.  Actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone (in most cases, it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed).  Please allow additional shipping time for those products going to Hawaii or Alaska.
